The Brimstone Permit is your ticket to fun filled adventure and exploration through miles of untamed wilderness in the Cumberland Mountains. A valid Land Use Permit is required for each person accessing the trails, including passengers.

Permits are available online for one or more individuals. Each permit purchased online is only valid after completion of the following steps:
- Signing Waiver, Release, and Indemnity agreement.
- Safety briefing and screening.
- Receipt of Brimstone’s privacy policy.
- Production of photo ID card.
- Following the completion of the required information, the client possesses the right to use the land for the recreation as indicated on the card for the time period specified.
